User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 45000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are owned by the user themselves.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. For withdrawals, minimum and maximum limits apply, and processing times are subject to your account's verification level and chosen withdrawal method.
45000 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the platform may require additional verification documents before processing the payment. Users agree to cooperate fully with any verification process required.
Any taxes or fees related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user. The platform is not liable for any tax implications that may arise from your winnings or betting activity.
Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
45000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, promotion abuse, or manipulation of games.
- Failure to complete the required identity verification process.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with platform policy.
- Requests from relevant authorities.
If your account has been suspended due to suspected violations, you may contact our support team for clarification and to submit an appeal. Should an account be permanently closed as a result of proven fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
